Keller Williams Greater Charleston is looking for Full-Time Sales Development Representatives! This role is designed as launch pad into real estate that helps train, develop, and grow talented people in the most important skills of all businesses. The minimum “On Target” Earnings of this role exceeds $60k with unlimited earning potential. A Sales Development representative position is focused on lead development, driving growth, expansion and increasing revenue. Not only will this role be exposed to the day-to-day activities of being a real estate agent, but will also be involved in the brokerage side of the business and agent recruiting. Our sales development representatives must be; highly motivated, self starters, personable, confident, assertive and learning based. This person will be fully sponsored through Real Estate School to acquire their Real Estate License in 120 days.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
